I fell in love with the design but hesitated as I have never spent this much on one item of clothing. I decided to treat myself and am so pleased I did! Love this jumper. So soft and perfect. Fits a treat too. Was worried it might. Be a bit short and boxy in fit but it’s not. I have a long torso and it’s a good length. Not been washed yet but hoping it will not change shape. Expensive but well worth it. I can see it being worn for years.

Item still has not arrived & no messages stating when it will arrive!

Hi Zoe, as per my email the piece was sent by Royal Mail tracked 48 a month ago and delivery attempted on 5 November, but from the tracking no one was in to sign for it. So Royal Mail are awaiting instruction from you on redelivery. As I also mentioned a tracking email was sent through the site at the same time so you could track the parcel (in fact the email you forwarded to me asking where the piece was had the tracking link in it). I am sorry they missed you, but your review seems a little unfair given I sent the piece over a month ago, and had no idea until you emailed me (at the same time as writing your review) to ask where it was, that you had not received it as had missed the delivery. Best Jess x
