Crafted from an ultra-soft blend of cashmere and fine wool, this Smile Patch women's oversized sweater is designed to keep you warm and cosy during the colder month, but is light enough to be worn all year round. The crew neck, loose sweater in khaki green features a playful daffodil yellow smile face on the elbow patches.

As with all Orwell + Austen pieces, this Smile Patch sweater is soft to touch and a timeless luxury piece. Designed to be worn for all seasons, to be loved throughout and last a lifetime.

30% Cashmere 70% Fine Wool

Care

Hand wash or cold wash using Wool detergent. Air dry flat

Sizing

This is an oversized piece, and designed to be worn loose for a very relaxed look. From customer feedback a lot of people are generally sizing down at least 1 size from their usual size. Please refer to the size chart for exact measurements, but generally: XS (UK6-8) S (UK8-10), M (UK12-14) L (UK16) XL (UK18) XXL (UK20) XXXL (UK22)

Free shipping on orders over £150. A £4.95 shipping charge will apply to all UK orders of £150 and under.

Jumper is gorgeous & had many lovely compliments about it whilst wearing!

Hi Zoe, as per my email the piece was sent by Royal Mail tracked 48 a month ago and delivery attempted on 5 November, but from the tracking no one was in to sign for it. So Royal Mail are awaiting instruction from you on redelivery. As I also mentioned a tracking email was sent through the site at the same time so you could track the parcel (in fact the email you forwarded to me asking where the piece was had the tracking link in it). I am sorry they missed you, but your review seems a little unfair given I sent the piece over a month ago, and had no idea until you emailed me (at the same time as writing your review) to ask where it was, that you had not received it as had missed the delivery. A lot of money for an average jumper

I’ve paid less for significantly better for and quality. I’ve kept it as I like the quirky elbow patches, but I’ve not word it yet, so I suppose that’s equally telling. In hindsight I wish I’d sent it back. A lot of money for an average jumper.

Hi, I am sorry you weren't happy with the quality. The factory I work exclusively with use only a blend of fine wool and Grade A cashmere (and use the same yarn suppliers as brands like Hermes and Chanel) and make everything by hand. I did email you when you first left the review as you were still in the 28 day no quibble return window, as you said you had not worn the piece yet. But never heard back on whether you would like to return. Being a one woman sustainable brand it is really important to me that customers love their pieces and get lots and lots wear out of them which is why I emailed to let you know you could still return. Hopefully you have managed to wear and enjoy the piece, but if it is still unworn then I would be more than happy if you would like to return as long as you get in touch in the next 3 business days (by 18 December) before I close for Christmas.
